We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Bar Person to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role offers regular weekly shifts, with opportunities to take on additional hours during busy periods, special events, and club activities.
Position Details
Role: Senior Bar Person- Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time
- Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week
- Shifts: 3 shifts per week, primarily evenings
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 3–4 years’ bar experience- At least 1 year of experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory bar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to lead by example and support bar operations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
